New Stagnant Shadow stages

Version 1.3 of Honkai: Star Rail introduces new Stagnant Shadow stages with challenging combat trials and rewarding rewards. Players will have the opportunity to improve their team compositions by completing these stages.

Dan Heng evolves

In Version 1.3, the character Dan Heng will evolve from four to five stars. This evolution marks a significant improvement in his fighting abilities, making him one of the first characters in Honkai: Star Rail to achieve this level of power.

New characters Fu Xuan and Lynx

With the launch of the new update, players will be able to obtain two new characters: Fu Xuan and Lynx. These characters can be obtained from Event Warps and may prove to be useful in the new Stagnant Shadow stages.

Shape of Abomination and Shape of Puppetry

The two new Stagnant Shadow stages, Shape of Abomination and Shape of Puppetry, provide ascension materials for Quantum and Imaginary-type characters respectively. Players are advised to level up their characters before attempting these stages.

Release date and maintenance

The Version 1.3 update is set to release on August 30. Prior to the update’s launch, a maintenance period of approximately five hours will take place. Players will receive maintenance compensation in the form of free Stellar Jades, which can be used to summon new characters and prepare for the Stagnant Shadow stages.
